In order to use the Getright Digital website, we may require information from you in order to
provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and
accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Getright Digital is collected via correspondence from you or your
company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information
Any details collected from Getright Digital customers is required in order to provide you with our
products and/or services, and a high level of customer service.
Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff
development.

Storage of Collected Information

(such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer
technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be
processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details.

Getright Digital Security Policy
Getright Digital uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.
eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,
providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured
payments.
• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Getright Digital or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further
protecting your credit card data.
• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the
merchant account held by Getright Digital.

Delivery Policy
Services
Website Design Payment
A deposit of 50% is required with any project before any website design work will be carried out. Final balance is due on the website going live.
The website and all scripts associated remain the property of Getright Digital until the full account has been paid by the client.

Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e if the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment will result in website being taken offline and all associated email being suspended. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

If client does not supply all material or site is delayed due to the client not having all information then the client will be required to make a further 25% deposit. Larger projects which take longer than 3 months will also require a further 25% after 3 months unless otherwise agreed.

All prices quoted in emails and on our website getright.net.au exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Custom design website quotation will be quoted based on basis of individual custom project.

Meetings: Getright Digital charges $60 per hour for website consultations.

Additional Work: Getright Digital agrees to provide a draft on all work before sign off (logo’s/ graphics and website). The client is obliged to pay for any text changes, graphic design, and programming at $60 per hour.

Refund & Returns Policy
Once the work on progress, there is no refund of payment made to us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact us and we will try to resolve your concern.
